Message	rods, heads, pistons, etc. are not parts that wear. just like morepower2 said in his post about why there are no 800hp Z's... the main problem are the bearings and other wearable parts. the extra power will affect those. however, things like rods are good for up to a certain point (600 hp in the case of the stock ones), and will last for as long as the other main engine components will and definitely longer than the wearable parts.
